Instead of choosing one hairstyle for all of your bridesmaids to follow, why not choose a certain theme you want them to go by instead? Choosing wedding party hairstyles with all of their hair down and curled is one possibility, or instead having them all do some sort of updo that will still look uniform even though some bridesmaids may have very short or very long hair.
